Director of Business Solutions – Midwest Expansion
The Mission
WSI is seeking a high-tenacity, strategic Director of Business Solutions to architect and execute our market expansion across the Midwest. This is a high-autonomy, individual contributor role designed for a "builder" who wants to own a territory and create a business within a business. Strategic Responsibilities
- Greenfield Market Leadership: Spearhead market entry strategies in Midwest territories where WSI does not yet have a physical footprint.
- Executive Consulting: Act as a strategic advisor to C-Suite and VP-level stakeholders, aligning our staffing, RPO, and direct-hire solutions with their corporate growth goals.
- Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Orchestrate the entire business development lifecycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, supported by a dedicated in-house marketing engine.
- Operational Partnership: Work in lockstep with the COO to build the operational infrastructure and support teams required to service the high-value accounts you secure.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5+ years of high-performance sales experience, ideally within staffing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), and/or professional services.
- The "Hunter-Architect" Hybrid: You possess the "grit" to hunt for new logos and the "polish" to manage complex, multi-layered sales cycles.
- Proven Reliability: A stable career trajectory with a history of exceeding targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Midwest Network: An established professional network or deep familiarity with the regional business climate is highly preferred.
