Job Title: Sales Account OR Program Manager

Shift: Days | Monday - Friday 

Position Overview Our client is seeking a Sales Account OR Program Manager to join their Sterling Heights Michigan facility. This corporate-aligned role is based directly at the manufacturing site, offering a fast-paced environment for a professional ready to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will act as a vital link between customer needs and technical execution, driving growth through strategic quoting and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quotations by reviewing customer RFQs, product requirements, and engineering specifications.
• Deliver technical presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to convert customer needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Manage account activities for major automotive programs, ensuring all requirements are met.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Mandatory experience in Sales Account OR Program Management specifically within Interior Automotive components (Decorative and Functional).
• Essential experience working with General Motors (GM).
• Proven track record in quoting and technical sales.
• Ability to travel to various locations across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Previous experience as a Program Manager with a strong Sales background.
