The Opportunity

The company is expanding its sales presence in Southeast Michigan and seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow business within the direct mail and folding carton markets.

This role is ideal for a consultative salesperson who enjoys managing the full sales cycle and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Prior industry experience is helpful but not required—sales aptitude, curiosity, and problem-solving ability are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in print, direct mail, and folding carton solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering customized solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for awarded projects, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations aligned to client objectives
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Monitor market trends and proactively position company capabilities to prospective clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college education (preferred, not required)
  • Exposure to print, direct mail, fulfillment, marketing services, or promotional products
  • Prior B2B sales experience is a plus
