Title: Project Coordinator – Fulfillment & Print Operations
Location: Onsite - Battle Creek, MI
Overview:
The Special Projects Coordinator will act as the subject matter expert for client-specific operational projects spanning fulfillment, print production, packaging, promotional items, and inventory control. This role supports execution from concept through delivery, ensures high service quality to a large enterprise client, coordinates cross-functional activities, resolves operational issues, and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational coordinator for client projects (fulfillment, print, packaging, promotional products).
- Handle inbound inventory quality control, outbound shipment inspection, and documentation.
- Coordinate complex kitting projects with internal operations and the client.
- Manage catalog and data uploads (Ariba, CIF files) with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain inventory reporting (DIOR), audit support, and outreach on stock issues.
- Interface with production, fulfillment, IT, and vendors to streamline processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations (weekly status, quarterly reviews) and support SLA tracking.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate project status.
- Support account management and cross-functional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience (fulfillment, print, packaging production, or promotional sourcing) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of fulfillment processes, print production, and packaging materials.
- Experience sourcing promotional items and recommending brand-enhancing products.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications and productivity tools; able to learn internal systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable communication style with internal teams/clients.
