Title: Director of Sales – Consumer Products (Wholesale & Specialty Retail)
Location: Remote (U.S.), with periodic travel
Geographic Preference: Midwest (not required)
Overview
This is a Director of Sales role leading the commercial relaunch of a well-established consumer products brand. The role is responsible for rebuilding legacy customer relationships, managing external rep groups, and driving profitable growth across wholesale, specialty retail, education, and select big-box channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a small, entrepreneurial business. The Director of Sales will work closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership to shape pricing, promotions, channel strategy, and product direction—not just execute sales.
