Pressman (1st and 2nd) – Full-Time | Northeast Indianapolis
2nd and 3rd shift available

Are you a skilled Pressman ready to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, production-driven environment? We are seeking 1st and 2nd Pressmen for a full-time role with steady 8-hour shifts and occasional overtime.

In this role, you’ll work with top-tier sheetfed offset presses, ensuring smooth production and maintaining high color quality standards. Whether you’re a 1st Pressman or a 2nd Pressman, you’ll be instrumental in keeping production running efficiently and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• For 1st Pressman:
• Operate and maintain sheetfed offset presses
• Mix inks to match color standards
• Collaborate with teams for approvals
• Conduct routine maintenance and quality checks
• For 2nd Pressman:
• Support the 1st Pressman with supplies, including plates, paper, and ink
• Troubleshoot feeders and assist with cleaning and maintenance
• Follow safety procedures and ensure quality checks

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with 40" sheetfed presses
• Familiarity with Manroland or Heidelberg equipment (a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
