Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Associate with experience in industrial manufacturing and systems management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with quality control processes, systems management, and troubleshooting, focusing on ensuring that manufacturing processes meet strict quality standards and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong ability to work with various production teams, analyze quality data, and support continuous improvement efforts using manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Control & Assurance:
Perform routine inspections of materials, products, and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document and track non-conformances, develop corrective actions, and ensure follow-through.
Conduct audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established quality procedures.
• System Experience:
Utilize and manage various manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, ERP, SPC software) to monitor production quality and track product performance.
Analyze system data to identify trends, report on quality metrics, and generate insights for operational improvements.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system configurations and troubleshooting for quality-related issues.
• Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving:
Conduct root cause analysis for production and quality issues, leveraging data from system tools to drive effective problem-solving strategies.
Implement corrective and preventive actions based on findings to reduce defects and improve product consistency.
• Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain and update documentation for quality processes, inspections, and reports.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review on quality performance, system functionality, and production outcomes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant industry standards.
• Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and other departments to resolve quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide support and training to team members on quality standards, system usage, and continuous improvement initiatives.
