Fulfillment Customer Service Representative – The Go-To Problem Solver!

Are you the kind of person who loves keeping things running smoothly and making customers happy? We are looking for a Fulfillment Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team Monday - Friday. No Weekends!

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for assigned fulfillment clients—managing orders, coordinating shipments, and handling monthly invoicing. Your mission: keep everything accurate, on time, and professional, all while being the go-to resource for clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main contact for clients via phone and email
• Process and track business orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules
• Prepare and manage monthly invoicing for your clients
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues
• Collaborate with carriers, operations, and internal teams

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of customer service experience in fulfillment, logistics, or warehousing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
