Job Title: CNC & Blanker Machine Operators

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC and blanker machines based on production specifications.

• Adjust machine settings and dies to achieve accurate cuts, slots, and dimensions.

• Perform die setting, punching, and routine adjustments to meet precise requirements.

• Conduct inspections on finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure equipment reliability.

• Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to company safety standards.

• Ensure proper inventory of tools and materials needed for machine operation.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and adjustments.

• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Prior experience operating CNC or blanking equipment in a manufacturing setting preferred.
