Title: Stitcher Operator

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Stitcher Operator to join our Production Team. You’ll be responsible for finishing print projects to high-quality standards, operating and maintaining bindery equipment, and ensuring jobs are completed on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate assigned Stitcher machines, including setup and routine maintenance.
• Perform all bindery tasks according to job specifications and work orders.
• Package completed jobs and maintain accurate work documentation.
• Monitor supplies and report equipment issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Production Team, management, and sales to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of Stitcher experience (Muller Martini Bravo highly preferred).
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience; vocational/technical training a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to quality and safety.
