Sales Representative
Livonia, MI
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building and maintaining customer relationships while actively seeking new sales opportunities. The Sales Rep/Account Manager will represent our organization externally, educate the community about our services, and drive revenue by promoting our print and fulfillment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and manage existing customer relationships, including handling orders, resolving complaints, and responding promptly to inquiries.
• Present and sell products/services to meet client needs.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and understand internal production capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of strategic outside sales experience in commercial print.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communications.
