Job Summary:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves training and developing employees, enforcing adherence to work instructions, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Supervisor will also be responsible for managing personnel, approving temporary hires, and conducting performance evaluations to foster a productive and motivated workforce. A hands-on leader, the Supervisor will drive operational excellence while ensuring all processes align with IATF 16949 standards and company objectives.
