Robotics Engineer
We are seeking a Robotics Engineer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role involves programming, maintaining, and improving robotic systems to maximize safety, efficiency, and product quality. The engineer will also train in-house skilled trades on equipment, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
Train in-house skilled trades on robotic equipment, preventive maintenance, and methodologies.
Program, troubleshoot, and maintain complex robotic systems and operator safety devices.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic systems and components.
Reprogram or calibrate robotics to maximize efficiency, reliability, and quality.
Perform electrical diagnostics, recommend or complete repairs.
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and lessons learned.
Lead root cause analysis of equipment failures and train others on troubleshooting.
Ensure production lines meet build standards and operate efficiently.
Conduct time and motion studies, equipment efficiency studies, and line balancing.
Comply with company policies, health and safety regulations (OSHA), and quality/environmental standards (ISO, TS).
Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, maintaining a professional demeanor.
Keep work areas clean and safe.
Perform additional duties as required.
