Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Shift: 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Pay: $30–$36/hour, based on experience
Hours: 50–80 hours/week (overtime available)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating or consistent

We are seeking experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join a technology-driven, high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is critical to maintaining and optimizing production operations across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair Fanuc robotic systems

• Diagnose and correct issues with Allen-Bradley PLCs, including I/O faults and logic errors

• Perform mechanical repairs involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and gearboxes

• Conduct both preventative and reactive maintenance

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime

• Work extended hours when necessary to support production needs

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics and Allen-Bradley PLCs

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and automation

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and control logic

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts and extended weekly hours

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
