We’re on the lookout for a 1st shift Production Manager to take the reins of our high-volume production operations. This role calls for a leader who can bring structure to a fast-moving environment—someone who blends operational know-how with strong people skills, and thrives on keeping things running smoothly. Production & Operations

• Own the daily workflow—plan, schedule, and monitor production from start to finish.
• Lead daily production huddles and make real-time adjustments like a pro.
• Ensure every job meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and delivery.
• Report on key production metrics and escalate issues proactively.

Team Leadership

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of production rockstars.
• Drive performance through clear expectations, feedback, and accountability.
• Lead hiring, training, and corrective actions with confidence.

Admin & Equipment

• Ensure production schedules stay on track and documentation is accurate.
• Oversee equipment upkeep and supply levels—no surprises on your watch.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and upper leadership to stay aligned and ahead.

What You Bring to the Table:

Must-Haves:

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a production environment
• Comfortable with numbers, tech, and tight timelines
• Solid leadership and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with print production processes (press, bindery, graphics)
