Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are a results-driven recruiting agency specializing in direct hire placements across the industrial sector.  We recruit for positions from the shop floor to manager-level roles. Our clients rely on us to deliver top talent in skilled trades, engineering, and plant leadership. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and make an impact across a wide range of industrial hiring needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Full Recruitment Lifecycle
    Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for roles ranging from skilled trade to manager-level roles
  • Candidate Sourcing
    Use a mix of job boards, Boolean search, CRM/ATS tools, social media, and referral pipelines to proactively source high-quality candidates across all industrial levels.
  • Screen & Assess
    Tailor your approach to fit the level.  Structured screening for skilled trades, and deeper behavioral/competency-based interviews for engineers and leadership roles.
  • Pipeline & Process Management
    Maintain a strong organization, accurate tracking in the ATS, and timely follow-up with clients and candidates.
  • Placement Success
    Negotiate offers, support onboarding, and ensure a smooth handoff to hiring managers.  Own your placements from open req to the end of their introductory period.

What You Bring:

  • Recruiting Experience:
    2–5+ years of agency recruiting experience, with proven success in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments, is highly preferred. You understand the urgency, pace, and precision these sectors demand.
  • Industry Fluency:
    You speak the language: terms like IATF, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PLCs, CNC, and skilled trades certifications (e.g., Journeyman cards) aren’t foreign; they’re familiar.
  • Versatility:
    Confidence recruiting for hourly skilled trades, senior-level plant leaders, and everything in between.  The ability to pivot between volume hiring and targeted headhunting.
  • Sourcing Mastery:
    Strong Boolean search capabilities, deep job board expertise, and fluency in ATS/CRM tools. You know how to dig deep and surface quality talent quickly and consistently.
  • Attention to Detail:
    You don’t let things slip. From clean, accurate candidate submissions to well-documented pipelines, you sweat the small stuff because it matters.
  • Communication Skills:
    Professional, clear, and confident- whether you're engaging candidates, influencing hiring managers, or collaborating with peers. You know how to tailor your message and represent the brand with credibility.
  • Grit & Ownership:
    You hustle. You take full ownership of your reqs and deliver results, whether it's for an hourly maintenance tech or a senior-level operations leader.
