Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in building and maintaining customer relationships while actively seeking new sales opportunities. The Sales Rep/Account Manager will represent our organization externally, educate the community about our services, and drive revenue by promoting our print and fulfillment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed department production, quality, and revenue goals.

  • Provide value to customers while supporting company profitability and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams, including Estimating, Customer Service, and Production.

  • Develop and manage external customer relationships, including handling orders, resolving complaints, and responding promptly to inquiries.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and understand internal production capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • High school diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of strategic outside sales experience, preferably in fulfillment or print services. preferred but not required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communications.
