Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support operations at a manufacturing facility in Zeeland, MI. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with the existing Maintenance team to ensure production equipment is safe, reliable, and operating at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment to ensure consistent operation.

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery with a focus on identifying and addressing root causes of issues.

• Support daily manufacturing operations by responding to equipment failures with a sense of urgency.

• Communicate equipment concerns and solutions clearly with team members and leadership.

• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a plastics injection molding environment.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

• Experience with robotics and PLCs is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Hi-Lo license and/or Journeyman License in a mechanical or electrical trade is a plus.
