Quality Engineer
Join a dynamic team driving innovation in the automotive manufacturing sector. We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to support the launch of new programs and process changes, ensuring product quality and compliance through structured methodologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain documentation such as PPAP, ISIR, Control Plan, and IPC.
Coordinate and report on cross-functional meetings addressing quality concerns.
Collaborate with quality supervisors to ensure inspections align with product characteristics.
Lead corrective actions, ensuring timely closure and effective root cause analysis.
Monitor and achieve customer quality targets (PPM, incident rates, RMAs).
Investigate process failures using PDCA, Teardown PDCA, and audits.
Conduct system audits and part reviews to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of quality engineering experience, or 8 years equivalent experience.
Proficiency with APQP, SPC, CMM equipment, and data analysis tools.
Preferred certifications: CQE, CQM, ASQM.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related systems.
