Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee 3rd shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of maintenance technicians, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the 3rd shift maintenance team

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Prioritize and assign maintenance work orders to meet production demands

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules

• Act as the point of contact for urgent equipment issues during the shift

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams

• Maintain records through CMMS and ensure inventory of critical parts

• Train, mentor, and develop team members

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

• Support installation and upgrade of machinery as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley or Omron preferred)

• Familiarity with CMMS software and Microsoft Excel

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in a manufacturing setting required; plastics or molding experience a plus
