Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join their team and support key HR functions with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee record management. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting a positive employee experience from hire to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including developing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Conduct employee orientation and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

  • Support offboarding activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

  • Assist in the administration of HR programs such as performance and talent management, employee recognition, training and development, and occupational health and safety.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.

  • Manage and update the HRIS system with employee changes, new hires, and terminations.

  • Monitor and track employee attendance, overtime, hours worked, and other key HR metrics; proactively communicate trends or concerns to appropriate leadership.

  • Generate regular headcount and workforce data reports to support business needs.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in a human resources role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong experience working with HRIS systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and support employees at all levels.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and demonstrates initiative.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
