Our client is seeking an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join their team and support key HR functions with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee record management. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting a positive employee experience from hire to exit.
Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including developing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Conduct employee orientation and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Support offboarding activities and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Assist in the administration of HR programs such as performance and talent management, employee recognition, training and development, and occupational health and safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with all legal and company requirements.
Manage and update the HRIS system with employee changes, new hires, and terminations.
Monitor and track employee attendance, overtime, hours worked, and other key HR metrics; proactively communicate trends or concerns to appropriate leadership.
Generate regular headcount and workforce data reports to support business needs.
3+ years of experience in a human resources role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong experience working with HRIS systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and support employees at all levels.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
