Job Summary: 
 
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and oversee equipment and facility upkeep in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing/metal fabrication environment

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Capital budgeting experience (required)

• Experience establishing or overseeing inventory control processes (required)

• Familiarity with steel manufacturing equipment, including Trumpf lasers and Cincinnati brake presses

• Strong mechanical and electrical systems knowledge

• PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley/Siemens/Mitsubishi preferred)

• Electrical design experience (preferred)

• Reliability-centered maintenance experience (preferred)

• Lean manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills
