Customer Service Representative – Logistics
Location: Battle Creek, MI (Fort Custer Area)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong logistics and fulfillment experience to support one of our most dynamic and fast-changing client accounts. This client is undergoing a major internal reorganization and leans heavily on us as both a service provider and strategic consultant - so this isn’t your typical CSR role.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a high-needs client
• Coordinate parcel, LTL, and (bonus!) international shipments
• Provide expert guidance on fulfillment best practices
• Troubleshoot and escalate shipping and tracking issues as needed
• Support order management, shipping, and receiving workflows
• Help the client navigate logistics challenges such as dimensional weight, service level options, trade show shipping, and carrier surcharges
• Use internal systems and platforms to track, manage, and report on orders and logistics activity

What You Bring:

• Hands-on logistics experience—especially with parcel and LTL shipments
• Fulfillment knowledge (order processing, shipping & receiving, inventory flow)
• Comfort with shipping software and general computer applications
• Ability to ask the right questions, anticipate client needs, and offer practical solutions
• Strong customer service instincts with a consultative approach
