We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can open doors and close deals in the print and packaging fulfillment space. You’ll be targeting large, strategic accounts where full-service capabilities—from kitting and print to warehousing and distribution—can solve real operational pain points and unlock measurable value.

This is not a transactional sales role. It’s a high-impact, high-reward opportunity to shape how major brands think about getting their products, materials, and messaging into the right hands—fast, reliably, and at scale.

 What You’ll Own:

  • Hunt and close: Aggressively pursue and secure long-term contracts valued at $1MM+ annually.
  • Solve and deliver: Understand client challenges across fulfillment, packaging, and distribution—and craft tailored, integrated solutions.
  • Partner with purpose: Build deep, strategic relationships with decision-makers across key verticals like CPG, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
  • Grow and evolve: After onboarding, transition day-to-day account management to an internal team—while remaining a key driver of expansion and relationship growth.

 What You Bring:

  • A strong background in B2B business development—preferably in print, packaging, logistics, or fulfillment.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value, multi-year contracts.
  • The ability to translate operational strengths into strategic business wins.
  • A track record of turning cold leads into long-term partners—and doing it with confidence, persistence, and polish.
