Job Summary:
We're seeking a hands-on, relationship-driven Onsite Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-volume client site. You'll serve as the critical link between our client, associates, and internal teams—managing workforce needs, solving issues on the fly, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Partnership: Serve as the primary onsite contact; build trust through proactive communication, issue resolution, and regular performance reviews.
Workforce Oversight: Manage daily operations including timekeeping, attendance, shift coverage, and associate engagement.
Recruitment Support: Partner with recruiting teams to ensure staffing levels are met and new hires are onboarded effectively.
Employee Engagement & Retention: Monitor team morale, lead recognition efforts, and address concerns early to reduce turnover.
