We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow and expand the market presence at branches of our staffing agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent college graduate or a professional with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to make an impact through strategic outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will identify and engage new client prospects, nurture existing business partnerships, and work closely with branch teams to increase client acquisition and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is passionate about helping businesses grow through smart staffing solutions.
