Job Summary: 

We’re looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Outside Sales Representative. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on competition, builds trust with ease, and embraces the challenge of turning "no" into an opportunity. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating your own leads, building relationships, and providing tailored solutions that deliver real value.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and creative outreach. You're expected to find and cultivate most of your own leads.

  • Qualifying Opportunities: Assess potential clients to determine fit and value alignment. Use your judgment to focus efforts on the most promising opportunities.

  • Solution Selling: Understand the customer’s pain points and recommend solutions that deliver meaningful results. Familiarity with methodologies like Baseline Selling, Sandler Sales, or Challenger Sales is a strong plus.

  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent service, ensuring satisfaction, and exploring upsell or referral opportunities.

  • Customer Communication: Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy to resolve issues and preserve long-term relationships.
