Job Summary: 
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical setup and maintenance, with the ability to work effectively in a high-paced manufacturing environment. This role is critical in ensuring our production equipment is set up, maintained, and operates efficiently to support seamless operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform setup and adjustment of manufacturing equipment to meet production requirements
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and longevity of machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and adjustments.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training operators on proper equipment usage and minor maintenance tasks.

Preferred Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, performing setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repairing motors, conveyors, gear systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals for equipment setup and repair.
• Skilled in identifying potential issues before they cause breakdowns and taking proactive measures to address them
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with operators, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Must have personal tools (specialty tools provided by the company).
