Job Summary:
 
We are seeking a Stamping Supervisor to oversee shift operations and manage press production. Candidates must have supervisory experience in a metal stamping environment, along with hands-on knowledge of dies and press operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching, and training abilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive efficiency and team development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage production staff in a metal stamping environment, ensuring operational efficiency and team performance.
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dies and press equipment to ensure optimal production output.
• Lead Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and other continuous improvement efforts to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and a culture of continuous learning.
• Maintain compliance with quality control measures and workplace safety regulations to meet production goals.
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to drive efficiency and resolve production challenges.
