Account Manager – Promotions & Sweepstakes (Base + Commission)
Location: Onsite in Battle Creek, MI (with some local client travel)
We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our consumer fulfillment team in a dynamic role focused on managing client relationships, driving sales, and overseeing fulfillment programs for sweepstakes, promotions, and rebate initiatives.
About the Role:
This department supports customers in executing promotions, sweepstakes, and rebate programs. As an Account Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert, managing projects from concept to production, with a primary focus on consumer fulfillment programs, print, packaging, and promotional items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through strategic promotional solutions while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Business Development & Sales Growth – Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients to drive revenue for sweepstakes, promotions, and rebate fulfillment services.
- Strategy & Execution – Develop and manage the end-to-end execution of promotional programs, including pricing, production methods, fulfillment, and performance measurement.
- Sales Presentations & Communication – Develop compelling sales proposals, lead client discussions, and present solutions tailored to each client’s business objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales background with a track record of account management success.
- Experience managing client projects from start to finish.
- Ability to develop and present sales strategies to grow client accounts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in sweepstakes and promotions is a bonus but not required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to visit clients.
