Job Summary: 

As Staffing Branch Manager, you are the heartbeat of WSI’s staffing. You’ll drive overall operational excellence by ensuring that your staffing team is working “The WSI Way.” Not only will you play an essential internal role as you lead a team of  Account Managers and Staffing Coordinators, you’ll also serve as a key partner to our clients as you help drive the growth and success of top-performing organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Ensure all WSI initiatives, best practices, processes, and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and drive financial success of the branch using KPIs and other performance data.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented workplace culture, fostering employee engagement and commitment.
  • Lead, coach, support, and develop all team members, ensuring their growth and success within the company.
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies for open positions, collaborating with Marketing as needed.
  • Support Account Managers in client engagement, ensuring quality service, transparent communication, and business growth.
  • Work with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with all required HR procedures.
  • Partner with the Risk Manager on workers’ compensation and unemployment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales to oversee smooth onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Work closely with the Director of Staffing Operations to establish and achieve budgeted targets.
  • Represent WSI at job fairs and community events to promote hiring initiatives and company branding.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • 2-5 years of experience in a management or leadership position
