Job Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and manage a team responsible for maintaining and repairing critical systems in a warehouse environment, including ammonia refrigeration systems. This role is perfect for a current Maintenance Team Lead or Supervisor looking to grow into a leadership position. While leadership skills can be developed, candidates must bring strong technical expertise and the ability to foster a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering team development and a collaborative environment.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs on ammonia systems, pump rooms, engines, dock doors, levelers, hydraulics, water pumps, and other facility systems.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse operations, ensuring all systems are fully functional and meet safety standards.
• Utilize computer systems to manage maintenance tasks, monitor equipment, and report operational status.
• Contribute to the facility expansion by leveraging construction experience to support new system installations and upgrades (a bonus).
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and environmental regulations, particularly in ammonia system operations.
• Maintain efficiency in cold environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas (-20 to 30°F).
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
