Qualify candidates and manage applicant flow, including:
Conducting interviews with a sharp eye for potential
Preparing strong candidate submissions
Coordinating client interviews and ensuring seamless communication
Negotiating offers with candidates to secure top talent
Arranging onboarding and pre-employment screenings
Maintain and own candidate profiles to ensure completeness, accuracy, and relevance.
Drive efficiency and results by ensuring the ATS system is up-to-date while proactively identifying talent for the sales and recruitment team.

Compensation:
Base salary (typically around $45,000-$50,000) + competitive commission structure designed to reward top performers.
