Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and sales growth within a designated territory, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and effectively communicating our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is able to work within a collaborative team-based environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to analyze territory performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Understand the hospital supply chain and key challenges and be able to clearly communicate a solution to those challenges.
