Job Description

Job Summary:
 
The HR Leader plays a crucial role in fostering positive employee relations and ensuring the consistent application of company policies and procedures across the organization. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and promoting company philosophies 
  • Developing and maintaining positive employee relations strategies
  • Monitoring progressive discipline (attendance, plant standards, etc.) and ensuring consistency in policy application
  • Providing advice on employee relations, adhering to legislative and corporate guidelines
  • Participating in hourly and salary recruiting, developing strategies to meet departmental staffing requirements, and assisting with interview processes
  • Overseeing the Performance Review Process, tracking progress, and communicating with management on overdue reviews
  • Supporting the development of employee relations and a culture
