Job Summary:
 
Responsible for all aspects of Manufacturing/ Process Engineering including, Financial, Quality, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Processing. Ensure that the necessary controls and resources are available to perform all functions as specified within the Quality Management System or as directed by the General Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads the Process Engineering Team who is responsible for all aspects of the design, manufacture, and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Provide concepts and designs for the layout of the plant.
• Focuses on continuous improvement of process, cost, quality, and production.
• Manages all production engineering projects and works cross-functionally to resolve engineering or other related problems.
• Works directly with customers ensuring that the PPAP is carried out per customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to guarantee that all incoming products, packaging, fixtures, and purchased components meet requirements of production and customer requirements.
• Works with Program Managers and Accounting teams to establish BOM for new projects and any changes to the existing processes.
