As a Sales Applications Engineer, you'll be a key part of our team, designing and selecting chiller solutions, creating proposals, and collaborating across departments. You'll work on cutting-edge technology, interface with clients, and ensure on-time project delivery.

• Support current sales channels, as well as develop & support sales into various emerging vertical markets directly.
• Support field sales and collaborate with engineering, other departments.
• Provide timely and accurate response to RFPs (request for proposal).
• Maintain regular communication with Manufacture Sales Representatives and internal departments throughout the life cycle of each job to ensure project success and Customer satisfaction.
• Provide Customer feedback to engineering and R&D for future product development.
• Work effectively across cross functional teams to achieve positive results for the Customer.
• Track proposal activity from external sales functions and weekly status reports.

• Review requests and develop sales collateral to meet customers' needs.
• Review purchase orders, submittals and Sales commissions on projects
• Provide customer with proper selections to best meet their application
• Present product advantages to potential customers at customer sites, industry meetings and trade shows.
• Analyze product pricing vs. competitive products in the marketplace and provide market insight to the sales channel(s)
• Provide product specifications and requirements for future product enhancements.
• Support the creation of user manuals for installation, operation and maintenance.
• Support Marketing to create literature, sales material and standard presentations.
• Analyze selection software and report bugs and fixes to software engineer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• 3+ years' product design / application experience
• Chiller/refrigeration systems experience
• Able to manage complex technical projects from beginning to end.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
