Job Description
Our client has been developing and producing energy-efficient, custom cooling solutions for industrial applications for over 25 years.We are searching for a Industrial Market Manager to diversify and grow sales with OEM customers in defined markets across North America. The IMM must be comfortable presenting the benefits of an innovative, technical product to a diverse customer base and audience. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunity.
- Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans, effectively create proposals/presentations, and respond to RFPs
- Manage sales pipeline and prioritize timely and thorough follow-up on all correspondence.
- Provide support to the Director of Sales for new customer acquisitions
- Meet or exceed customers sales expectations, manage existing customers and ensure they stay satisfied and positive
- Present solutions and products that meet or predict our customers' future needs.
- Collaborate with other groups within the company ensuring the smooth flow of communication
- Prospect, Quote, and Follow up on outstanding quotes

Gather market intelligence to keep company informed on the pulse of the market
Required Background & Experience
- HVAC and / or industrial process cooling sales experience
- Minimum 4-year degree or at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Engineer, Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision
- Self-Starter, willing to work-through and seek answers to ongoing, new requirements
- Strong technical capabilities
- Experience with chillers and/or industrial process equipment
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of all standard MS office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Knowledgeable working with CRM’s
