    • Ensure all marketing assets, campaigns, and announcements go live on the agreed-upon launch date without delays.

  • Content Engine & Editorial Calendar
    • Maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar that tracks all campaigns, newsletters, blog posts, social media posts and email distributions.
    • Draft and design all campaign materials, including educational blog content, social media posts (copy, graphics and short-form videos), and email copy, ensuring brand consistency.
    • Adapt core curriculum into unique messages tailored to the specific needs of diverse audiences (Student-Athletes, Parents, School Administrators).
  • Conversion Optimization (CRO)
    • Monitor the user journey from landing page visit to completed registration.
    • Working with Engineering to A/B test landing page headlines, CTA button text, and email subject lines to continuously improve visitor-to-registration rates.
    • Working with Engineering to identify where users drop off in the sign-up process and implement a new funnel strategy to improve the conversion flow.
    • Deliver a monthly report summarizing key growth metrics (leads generated, partnership status, SEO ranking, and conversion rates).
    • Analyze campaign performance and recommend adjustments to budget, messaging, or channel strategy based on what the data shows.
