Here, individuals are invited to be unapologetically themselves, recognizing that they are more than their hair.
What You'll Do
As an EOS Implementer, you will be responsible for driving execution across teams and projects by maintaining the organization's existing EOS framework and ensuring consistent accountability and follow-through. This role serves as the operational extension of the Founder, combining people management, project ownership, and EOS discipline. The Implementer is a hands-on executor who leads delegated projects, manages team workloads, and ensures priorities move from vision to completion without requiring constant Founder involvement. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Initial Scope
- Own full EOS execution across teams and functions, ensuring consistency and discipline.
- Facilitate and oversee all EOS meetings, rhythms, and reporting.
- Hold authority for day-to-day operational decisions within a defined scope.
- Provide direct people management, including regular 1:1s and performance follow-ups.
- Manage workload planning, prioritization, and capacity allocation across teams.
- Lead and oversee multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
- Personally execute tasks when needed to maintain momentum and remove blockers.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive Operations Playbook.
- Own and optimize operational systems and tools (Asana, dashboards, workflows, communication systems).
- Act as the primary escalation point for execution, delivery, and accountability issues.
- Support operational scaling across additional teams, offices, or functions.
- Future Expanded Scope
- Oversight of EOS execution across multiple companies or portfolio entities.
- Coaching and development of junior project managers or operations leads.
- Standardizing execution frameworks and operating rhythms across entities.
- Supporting international expansion, new offices, or new business units.
What You Should Have
Must-haves:- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Operations or Project Management experience within an EOS-run organization.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting founders or senior leadership in an operational or execution-focused role.
- At least 1 year of experience working remotely with clients in the US, UK or similar markets.
- Demonstrated experience managing execution, follow-through, and accountability in a remote or distributed environment.
- Strong working knowledge of EOS tools and cadence, including L10 meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, and To-Dos.
- Proven ability to run EOS execution without acting as an EOS Implementer or consultant.
- Experience operating in scaling, multi-team, or multi-initiative environments.
- Familiarity with EOS platforms such as Ninety.io, Traction Tools, or similar.
- Deep experience with Asana or similar project management tools, including task setup, reporting, and workflow management.
- Experience documenting processes, maintaining SOPs, playbooks, and operational documentation.
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects end-to-end, not just coordinate tasks.
- Strong people-management skills, including holding team members accountable within established EOS structures.
- Experience working with remote teams across time zones and managing recurring workflows.
- High organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Strong meeting facilitation skills, including agenda management, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Prior experience supporting portfolio companies or multi-entity operations.
- Experience starting in a part-time operational leadership role and scaling scope would be a big plus.
- Exposure to international or cross-market operations (UK, US, LATAM) would be a plus.
- Technology Specifications:
- Minimum 50 Mbps Internet Speed
- Windows 11 or MacOS 15 Sequoia
- Minimum Intel i5 8th gen with 8GB of RAM or Apple M1 chip with 8GB of RAM
- Webcam and Headset
- Designated Quiet Office Space
