Role: Channel Marketing Coordinator
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST
Rate: $6 - $8 USD hourly / $960 - $1,280 USD monthly (Salary negotiable based on experience and location)
Availability to Start: Immediately

What You'll Do
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support a growing, partner-focused marketing team by managing digital marketing assets and helping maintain the company's Partner Portal. Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, clear organization, and comfort working across multiple digital platforms to keep content accurate, accessible, and on brand. You will work closely with Channel, Brand, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure partners and internal stakeholders can easily find and use the resources they need. Your work will help keep marketing campaigns running smoothly while strengthening the experience for partners and internal teams alike. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Content Management
    • Upload, organize, and maintain marketing assets (images, videos, brochures, sales sheets, etc.) within the Partner Portal and internal systems.
    • Ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
    • Monitor and maintain content libraries by archiving outdated materials and ensuring easy access to the most relevant assets.
  • Marketing Campaign Support
    • Support the rollout of new products and campaign materials by coordinating file distribution and content updates.
    • Partner with Channel, Brand, and Creative teams to gather, review, and publish content.
    • Assist with basic reporting on content usage, downloads, and engagement trends.
    • Support light administrative marketing tasks, including updating spreadsheets, assisting with campaign launches, and maintaining marketing calendars.
  • Partner Portal Support
    • Provide support to internal teams and partners regarding Partner Portal navigation, content access, and asset usage
    • Help manage the partner email inbox, responding to inquiries related to content and/or Partner Portal access.

What You Should Have
Must-haves:
  • At least two years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Content Management, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a global, remote, or virtual environment supporting teams or partners. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly and professionally to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • High comfort level communicating cross-functionally and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using technology platforms, file management systems, and digital tools (experience with Partner Portals, CMS, DAM systems, ProofHub, or Microsoft Teams is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assets, updates, and requests simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing, publishing, and maintaining marketing content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, channel, and partner teams.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar).
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, marketing asset workflows, and content approval processes.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content rollouts, or product launches.
  • Technology Specifications:

Nice-to-haves:
  • Familiarity with channel or partner marketing environments, including supporting resellers, distributors, or sales partners.
  • Basic experience with marketing analytics or reporting, such as tracking content downloads, engagement, or campaign usage.
  • Familiarity with B2B or technology-related marketing is a plus.
