Role: Live Events & Supper Clubs Manager
Contract: Part-time Remote Contractor (15 hours weekly / 60 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible between 9 AM - 6 PM PST
Rate: $10 - $12 hourly / $600 - $720 monthly (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

What You'll Do
As the Live Events & Supper Clubs Manager, you will play a key role in curating engaging in-person and virtual experiences across multiple cities. This position oversees all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring seamless logistics, polished experiences, and meaningful community connections. You will coordinate venues, vendors, and participants, support marketing efforts, and manage event documentation. This role is essential in fostering a vibrant, connected, community-driven environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and managing supper clubs and community events across four cities, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
- Coordinating venues, vendors, and guest communications to deliver high-quality, well-organized events.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align events with brand values and community engagement goals.
- Supporting virtual events, ensuring smooth scheduling and participation.
- Managing event documentation, including schedules, vendor lists, and attendee follow-ups.
- Anticipating and troubleshooting potential issues to ensure each event runs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Responding to all emails and messages within one business day, ensuring timely and professional communication with team members, clients, and event participants.
- Maintaining a fully organized inbox, aiming for inbox zero at the end of each workday to support efficient planning and seamless execution of live events.
- Supporting social media and marketing initiatives for live events and supper clubs to boost engagement and attendance.
What You Should Have
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum five years of experience in Community Management, Event Marketing, Event Planning, Coordination, or Management.
- At least two years of remote work experience with U.S.-based clients.
- Experience in planning, managing, and executing virtual and in-person events.
- Strong writing and documentation skills for event coordination and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a preference for a neutral North American accent.
- Very organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- High energy and a passion for people-focused work, with a commitment to fostering positive experiences and engagement at events.
- Outspoken and confident in leading discussions, confident in leading a group of strong, powerful Asian American women.
- Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and empathetically with event participants and community members, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless and engaging event experience.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, HubSpot, Luma, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Confident leadership style with professionalism and cultural awareness.

- Ability to support event communications and content coordination (newsletters, recaps, or social posts).
- Strong sense of aesthetics and presentation, with familiarity in Canva or similar design tools.
