What You'll Do As a Sales & Executive Support Administrator, you will provide direct support to the VP of Strategic Finance & Planning, combining sales administration, marketing coordination, and executive assistant responsibilities. You'll help manage schedules, client communications, and documentation while maintaining accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in managing outreach and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales Support:
Guide partners and stakeholders on program requirements.
Make outbound calls to prospects and clients for meeting coordination.
Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities.
Support contract documentation and tri-party agreement coordination.
Map decision-maker relationships within target organizations.
Schedule and prepare materials for senior prospect meetings.
Marketing Support:
Research executives, their background, interests, and organizational priorities.
Create detailed prospect profiles for personalized outreach.
Identify leadership styles and organizational culture.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and key industry updates.
Track organizational changes and leadership transitions.
Manage campaigns involving charitable donations, branded items, or experiences.
Execute targeted email sequences with customized messaging.
Coordinate LinkedIn outreach and social selling activities.
Oversee direct mail campaigns with tailored research packages.
Track campaign performance and engagement across all channels.
Manage multi-touch follow-up sequences to ensure consistent outreach.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate scheduling with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Communicate updates, timelines, and requests clearly and professionally.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefings.
What You Should Have
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Account Manager, or similar role.
At least 1 year of remote work experience, preferably with companies based in the US, UK, Canada, or Australia.
Background in Client Services or Partnerships within a remote B2B environment.
Strong research skills, including experience using LinkedIn, databases, and public records.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills; confident in making outbound calls.
Skilled in managing multi-stakeholder opportunities through milestone tracking, task follow-up, and CRM updates.
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace, with experience in CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce preferred.
Familiar with collaboration tools like Teams, Zoho Projects, Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar platforms.

Understanding of FQHC operations, specialty practice dynamics, and payer mix implications, particularly related to the 340B program.
Familiarity with HIPAA, 340B, and Managed Care requirements to ensure compliant outreach and onboarding support.
Ability to learn and support demo environments of the company's internal CRM Platform, with confidence in addressing EMR integration or operational inquiries.
Proactive in identifying and resolving friction between CE and Clinic timelines or workflows.
