What You'll Do As a key member of the Sales and Marketing Support team, you will play a vital role in executing daily sales operations and supporting marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include managing customer email communications, updating and maintaining CRM records, coordinating quote requests, uploading media to the website, monitoring and responding to social media activity, and driving email marketing efforts from ideation through execution and performance tracking. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and an intuitive understanding of digital communication tools.. Your responsibilities will include:
Sales Communication & Quote Management (20 hrs per week: 50% workload allocation)
Professionally manage and respond promptly to all sales-related emails.
Track, organize, and document all quote requests and customer communications.
Qualify inbound leads to assess fit and readiness before escalation.
Update and maintain lead information accurately in Pipedrive CRM.
Follow up on outstanding quotes to record final outcomes (won, lost, no response).
Ensure easy retrieval and accuracy of sales-related documents and communications.
