Role: Business Development Representative
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST
Rate: $10 - $12.5 USD hourly / $1,600 - $2,000 USD monthly (salary is negotiable based on experience and location)
Availability to Start: Immediately

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by sourcing, pitching, and closing high-ticket B2B deals. You'll actively seek out large-scale buyers, conduct cold outreach, manage leads, and contribute to sales strategies that push revenue growth. This role combines direct sales, marketing support, CRM management, and client services to ensure both lead generation and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead Generation & Sales:
    • Engage enterprise-level prospects and B2B decision-makers (e.g., office managers, procurement heads, and IT departments) to pitch and close high-value service contracts or bulk product deals, with a focus on repeat and long-term supply relationships.
    • Conduct research to identify potential leads, qualify them and ensure they meet the company's target audience.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with potential leads, keeping them engaged and moving them through the sales pipeline by responding to inquiries and sharing relevant information.
    • Reach out to qualified leads through outbound calls and emails to introduce the company's products, identify their supply needs, and convert leads into sales or set appointments with decision-makers (business owners, distributors, etc.).
    • Support online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and basic SEO, to drive traffic and generate leads.
    • Track and analyze metrics such as lead conversion rates, number of appointments set, and revenue generated through sales support activities.
    • Regularly update the sales team with progress reports on leads, appointments, and nurturing efforts, providing insights to improve future performance.
  • Client Services & Administrative Support:
    • Provide timely, professional responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
    • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, client interactions, and sales data.
    • Prepare sales documents, contracts, financial reports, and client presentations.
    • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and tasks to ensure smooth daily operations for the sales team.

What You Should Have
Must-haves:
  • At least five years of experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Outbound Sales.
  • Minimum two years of experience working remotely with US, UK, Canadian, or Australian companies or clients.
  • Minimum two years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in high-ticket or enterprise-level transactions.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, lead nurturing, and CRM management.
  • Background in online marketing, including social media, content marketing, and basic SEO.
  • Solid knowledge of e-commerce operations, including experience with platforms like WooCommerce.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, and cloud-based phone platforms (e.g., Republic Cloud).
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide empathetic client support.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
