Job Description
Role: Senior Full-Stack Developer
Contract: Full-time Remote Contractor (40 hours weekly / 160 hours monthly)
Business Hours: Monday to Friday from 7 AM - 7 PM EST (service hours flexible during this time)
Rate: $3,000 - $4,200 USD monthly / $36,000 - $50,400 USD annually (salary is negotiable based on experience and location)
Availability to Start: Immediately

What You'll Do
As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, your role is critical in leading the development of scalable web applications and cloud-based systems. Success in this position means delivering high-quality front-end and back-end solutions, ensuring system performance, and driving innovation through modern technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and secure platforms that meet user and business needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Drive the front-end development efforts with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript, ensuring intuitive and responsive user experiences.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend services and APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end components.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS, focusing on performance, security, and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance a legacy codebase built with Telerik, improving performance and UI consistency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize both front-end and back-end systems in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including designers, product managers, and QA—to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and support team growth through knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term strategic planning for platform growth and sustainability.
- Provide weekend availability occasionally, as needed, to address urgent issues such as critical bug fixes or system emergencies.
What You Should HaveMust-haves:
- Minimum of seven years of professional experience in full-stack development, with strong front-end expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Minimum 1 year working remotely for companies in North America, Europe, Australia, or the UAE.
- Advanced skills in Python, Node.js, JavaScript, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience maintaining and enhancing legacy codebases using Telerik.
- Proficient in deploying and managing scalable applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
- Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with industry standards.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the full stack.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Agile team experience, including participation in sprints and standups.
- Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
