What You'll Do
As the Community Manager, you play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, managing communications, and enhancing the overall experience for members. This position oversees CRM systems (HubSpot & TopBase) to ensure seamless member management, respond to inquiries, and create meaningful community interactions. The role involves curating and managing community circles, leading new member onboarding and orientations, and organizing high-impact virtual and in-person events. This role is essential in creating a thriving and supportive space for Asian American female leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Community Management
Manage the CRM systems (HubSpot & TopBase), ensuring data integrity and efficient member management.
Manage all communications with members, responding to queries promptly and engaging proactively to foster strong relationships.
Develop and refine community circles based on members' needs and interests, maximizing engagement and value.
Oversee the new member onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Lead bi-monthly or monthly member orientations, welcoming new members and integrating them into the community.
Help organize and execute high-engagement virtual events, including fireside chats, coffee chats, and support groups.
Help plan, coordinate, and execute in-person events such as happy hours and in-person networking opportunities.
Develop and manage bi-annual peer coaching programs, facilitating connections and professional development within the community.
What You Should Have
MUST HAVES:
Open to new college graduates or part-time students based in the US only.
Familiarity with Asian American culture.
Very organized and detail-oriented.
Outspoken and confident in leading discussions – confident in leading a group of strong, powerful Asian American women.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience in event planning and execution.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools.
Familiar with Canva or other essential photo editing tools.
Must be a 1099 Contractor.
Familiarity with Asian culture is required.
NICE-TO-HAVES:
Experience with Female-focused Communities or Peer Coaching Programs.
Experience planning both virtual & in-person events.
Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
Background in Community Growth Strategies.
