Role: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Contract: Part-time Remote Contractor (80 hours monthly)
(With an opportunity to be transitioned to Full-Time after completing the probationary period or sooner)
Business Hours: Flexible between 9 AM and 6 PM EST/CST, Monday through Friday
Rate: $560 - $880 USD monthly / $6,720 - $10,560 USD annually (Salary is negotiable based on experience and location)

What You'll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will take the lead in driving sales growth and client engagement. You will own the sales process from lead generation to contract renewals, actively nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You'll also support marketing initiatives and operations to ensure seamless business processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales Support:- Build and nurture leads and client relationships, guiding them through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up. Provide tailored solutions to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage referral programs to increase customer acquisition. Monitor and analyze program performance for improvements.
- Generate sales reports to identify trends and growth opportunities. Manage sales software and tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Marketing Support:- Coordinate email and LinkedIn marketing campaigns that support your sales efforts.
- Conduct targeted market research to discover potential clients and emerging opportunities.
Operations Support:
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to sales and marketing processes.
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately and promptly to support billing.
- Track timesheets and assist with basic bookkeeping to keep financials organized.
- Manage scheduling for sales meetings and team activities.
- Handle email communications related to client inquiries and operational coordination.
What You Should Have
MUST HAVES:
- Minimum of three years of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Operations.
- At least one year of experience working remotely with clients/companies from the US, UK, CA, and/or AU.
- Background in administration and operations assistance and project management.
- Experience with Google Suite (particularly Sheets and Gmail).
- Experience with tools like Asana, LinkedIn Navigator, Active Campaign, Wave, Quicken, Slack and Canva (preferably).
- High energy, a passion for interacting with people, and a commitment to caring for others.
- Proven and consistent track record of getting work done.
- Strong career drive and curiosity to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a preference for a neutral North American accent.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
NICE-TO-HAVES:- An eye for graphic design and experience with Canva or similar tools.
- Experience in financial management and bookkeeping.
