Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced Account Manager/Freight Broker to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, coordinate logistics, and ensure efficient freight brokerage operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and maintain assigned customer accounts
• Coordinate shipments from pickup to final delivery
• Arrange transportation through carriers and logistics partners
• Track loads and proactively communicate updates to customers
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, and service exceptions promptly
• Ensure accurate order entry, documentation, and data management
• Provide rate quotes and negotiate with carriers when necessary
• Maintain high service levels and strong client relationships
• Monitor shipment performance and follow up on service failures
• Work efficiently during peak workload periods while maintaining attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in freight brokerage or freight forwarding
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and shipment coordination
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working in a small, closely-knit team
