As we continue our trajectory of rapid expansion, we are seeking a visionary Chief Automation & Information Officer (CAIO). This executive will transform our operational delivery into a high-performance, tech-enabled "smart back office." You will lead the charge in integrating AI and automation into our DNA, ensuring that our offshore and nearshore teams are the most efficient and tech-augmented in the industry.

Core Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy & Augmentation: Execute a roadmap that moves Valoroo toward an "Augmentation" model—using RPA, GenAI, and Intelligent Document Processing to handle the majority of repetitive tasks while our people manage the critical, high-value decision-making.
• Infrastructure & Security Leadership: Protect Valoroo’s reputation by overseeing a world-class global IT infrastructure, ensuring strict compliance with SOC2, GDPR, and HIPAA across all delivery centers (Philippines, Belize, and beyond).
• Building the "Automation Engine": Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical department. You will shift our internal culture from tactical IT support to strategic automation engineering.
• Productizing the BPO: Partner with the CEO and Operations to develop proprietary tech-enabled service lines that differentiate Valoroo from traditional "seat-shop" BPOs.
• Client Solutioning: Act as the technical face of Valoroo during high-level sales and account reviews, demonstrating how our "Tech + Touch" approach delivers superior results for our clients.
• Extreme Ownership of Tech Stack: Rationalize our existing tools and implement new AI-driven platforms that integrate seamlessly with client workflows and logistics platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10+ Years of Executive Tech Leadership: A proven track record of leading digital transformation in high-growth environments.
• Deep BPO Domain Expertise: Direct experience in the Business Process Outsourcing sector is essential. You must understand the nuances of global delivery, SLAs, and workforce optimization.
• Hands-on Automation Mastery: Proven success deploying enterprise automation (e.g., UiPath) and a deep understanding of how to implement GenAI/LLMs in a production BPO environment.
• Proven Scale Experience: You have successfully navigated the technical and structural challenges of a company rapidly expanding its global operational footprint.
